Answer: We typically provide one driver.
Q: How many passengers are allowed?
Answer: We typically allow up to two additional Attendants at a minimal fee for each attendant. Please also keep in mind, as more passengers are added the weight slightly affects the medical transport.
Q: Can I bring my pet along with me?
Answer: Yes, we allow SERVICE Animals and FRIENDLY pets. Please keep in mind the amount of luggage and other passengers who will be accompanying you during transit.
Q: What is your cancellation Policy?
Answer: If the client cancels their transportation reservation for any reason within 48 hours before the transportation date, a partial refund will be given at the sole discretion of Veridian MMA Commute Services LLC. If the client cancels their transportation reservation for any reason within 24 hours before their scheduled pick-up time, there will be no refund BUT the amount will be credited in the client’s account for future trip.These details will be provided to clients upon booking their ride.
Q: Do you provide discounts for Veterans?
Answer: Yes. We may request proof of service upon booking your trip, as each Veteran Discount is granted upon individual discretion.
Q: How much does Transportation Cost?
Answer: Transportation costs vary by type of patient, location and mode of transport, Required assistance, Time of day, day of the week, holidays and Mileage. You can get a Free Estimate.
Q: How do I pay for my Trip?
Answer: We accept Visa and master Debit and credit card payments. We also accept payment through Zelle (a banking app that provides a quick way to send money), and wire transfers (CashApp,Venmo,Paypal).Speak with your Transport Specialist for more information.
Q: What are your Drivers qualifications?
Answer: We ensure our drivers have a clean driving record and we host a vigorous background check. They also need to pass an initial drug test, as well as random drug tests throughout their employment with us.
Q: How much notice is needed to book a Ride?
Answer: We only need 24 – 48 hours’ notice to book a reservation.
Q: Do you transport clients with a wheelchair?
Answer: Yes! Just make sure you let us know when booking your reservation so we make the necessary accommodations for you.
